Picture Scheduling and Family Information

You may now schedule your family photographs for the new pictorial directory. This is free and you get an 8x10 photo and a directory just for participating!
Pictures will be taken in the Parish Meeting Room at the Clifton Center on these dates:

July

Wednesday, July 29, 3:00pm to 9:30pm

Thursday, July 30, 3:00pm to 9:30pm

September

Thursday, September 24, 3:00 pm to 9:30pm

Friday, September 25, 3:00pm to 9:30pm

Saturday, September 26, 10am to 5:00pm

• 1. Sign in to this website

• 2. Click the first box "Schedule a New Appointment."


• 3. On the first EZ SignUp registration page, type our Church Contract Number: 42677
• 4. Fill-in all required information and when asked for your e-mail and a password know that you a making up a new, unique password for your Olan Mills photo profile. When finished, click "Save".


• 5. On the calendar page, click the "Next" button to change to the month you want (July or September).
• 6. Click the date you want and the list of available times will display next to the calendar.
• 7. Click the time you want and then click the "Submit" button to lock in your date and time for your photo.
• 8. You will receive a confirmation via the e-mail you gave. That e-mail requests that you also print out or download a "sitting ticket" that you need to fill out and bring to your sitting. The photographer uses it to record your chosen sitting pose for the directory.




Olan Mills enables you to return to the website to change your current appointment (choose the middle box) or edit your family information (choose third box).
